Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order in the United States: no minimum, no code, nothing to add at checkout. Every order is tracked.

Timing

• Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of shipping.
• You receive an email with the tracking number the moment your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally yet. If you would like us to, tell us at info@mossante.com.

Need to change the address?

Email info@mossante.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before the order ships. Once it is with the carrier we cannot reroute it, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may need a new delivery arranged.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not appeared, contact us. We chase the carrier and make sure your piece reaches you.

Gifts

Every piece arrives in a white rigid box with a black velvet interior and a white paper gift bag, so there is nothing to wrap. If the order is a gift, write to us with the order number and we will leave the prices off the paperwork.
