These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mossante.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Mossante sells moissanite jewellery, including bracelets, hand chains and necklaces, through this Site. You can reach us any time at info@mossante.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order.
3. Products
Our pieces are set with lab-grown moissanite on 925 sterling silver (rhodium finished or gold plated) or on cord, as described on each product page. We describe materials plainly and photograph carefully, but screens differ, so colours may vary slightly from what you see. Product descriptions and prices may be updated at any time. If we discover an error in a price or description after you order, we contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Offers and promotions
Promotions such as pair pricing or buy-more offers apply automatically at checkout when the qualifying items are in your cart. Promotions have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for other discounts, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. How promotions interact with returns is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or an error, and if payment was taken we refund it in full.
6. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms, timing and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
7. Returns and guarantee
Returns, exchanges and our one-month guarantee are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Everything on this Site, including text, photography, design, the Mossante name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your state.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Mossante against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which our store operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable consumer law lets you choose your home forum.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
